Tim has actively participated in the HBA since 2003 and serves on the executive board of directors. In addition to his dedication to the building community, Tim has been recognized as <em>Young Builder of the Year<\/em> (\u201812), <em>Professional Remodeler\u2019s Magazine<\/em>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.proremodeler.com\/professional-remodelers-40-under-40-class-2013\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">40 under 40<\/a> (\u201813), and <em>Remodeler of the Year<\/em> (\u201814).<\/p><p class=\"\">Today Fred Jr. and Tim operate <em>Capaldi Building Company <\/em>based on the tradition and values instilled in the company by Fred Sr. Their custom projects focus on
